Using the service is simple:

- If a service center is located in your area, schedule a drop-off appointment.
- Take your car to a service center.
- Pick up your car when repairs are completed.
We take care of your claim from start to finish — and we guarantee the repairs for as long as you own or lease your car. After you drop off your car, our staff of trained claims professionals will write an estimate and arrange repairs for your vehicle. We'll even transport it to and from the body shop for you. If you need a rental car, we have those on site, too.
You're in and out of the service center in about 15 minutes.
